Very nice location. Clean and well maintained. Nice pool, spa area, children’s house and pool.
The environment around meals in the main restaurant was very stressful and noisy. Not nice at all even though a big variety of choices of food.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains and greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. 🗻🌊
Activities throughout the day, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. 🧘🏻♀️💃🏻🏐🪩
Hardworking staff, who were always polite and willing to help. 🤍
The beach is within walking distance, but it’s a pebble beach, so bringing or renting water shoes is a good idea.
Food variety ( The food became repetitive after a few days. Although there was a decent selection, the quality and variety could be improved, especially for longer stays)
Sunbeds ( Finding a free sunbed by the pool or by the beach could also be difficult during peak hours, as many were reserved early in the morning)
Weak air conditioning ( One technicians came to fix the air conditioning, but after it was “fixed”, was slightly better and kept leaking water)
Russian oriented (The hotel is very heavily oriented toward Russian-speaking guests. Most announcements, entertainment, and activities were primarily in Russian, and much of the atmosphere catered to that audience. As international visitors, we sometimes felt overlooked and found it difficult to fully participate. It would be great if more attention were given to English-speaking guests as well)
Room cleaning (The room cleaning was inconsistent. While towels were replaced regularly, the room itself was not always cleaned thoroughly, and some days it felt like only the basics were done. Sheets were not changed, just ironed!)
Annoying vendors( One of the biggest downsides was the constant pressure from vendors inside the hotel. Staff promoting massages, photography services, leather goods, clothing, and other extras approached guests repeatedly throughout the day. While it’s understandable that these services are available, the persistent sales pitches became quite annoying and took away from the relaxing atmosphere. It would have been much more enjoyable if guests were allowed to approach these services on their own without feeling pressured.)

Amazing hotel specially for water park and my son and me enjoyed a lot.
The hotel was very crowded and full of children, and when some foods, especially sweets, ran out, they didn't refill them or it took a long time. For example, sushi was served once and ran out very quickly and they didn't bring it back. In general, when the hotel is very crowded, you might be annoyed in the restaurant.

Good activities for kids (kids club and its staff, slides). Probably it is a decent chouse if you have kids from 1 to 10.
Reception staff gave us a wrong room from what I had booked and didn't want to change it. They started telling: "I'll be able to change you room tomorrow please come tomorrow" and so on. When I showed the room's photos from Booking reservation we finally got a correct room.
Spa staff was very unpleasant.
Bad wi-fi, we had to connect again and again several times.
