Positives
The property is very well maintained, both outdoors and in the guest rooms. My sincere appreciation goes to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. Towels are changed daily, bed linens every two days, and the overall standard of cleanliness is very high. Housekeeping is carried out efficiently and discreetly, without the need for reminders or special requests.
The rooms are comfortable and well kept. The bathrooms appear to have been renovated relatively recently and are in good condition, featuring convenient walk-in showers and effective shower screens that prevent water from flooding the bathroom floor. The air conditioning works well, and the Wi-Fi signal is strong throughout the property, including on the beach.
One concern is the presence of flies in the main restaurant, which may raise questions about hygiene standards in the kitchen.
There are also several areas where relatively simple improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience.
Beach towel exchange is officially available at the spa from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. However, clean towels are often unavailable after midday. As the system is self-service, no one appears to monitor the number of towels or towel cards being exchanged. In addition, the spa is located in the main building, some distance from the beach. If the self-service model is maintained, it would be more convenient to provide a towel station closer to the beach. Alternatively, spa staff could monitor towel distribution more closely to ensure an adequate supply of clean towels throughout the day. Larger beach towels would also be appreciated.
There also appears to be a shortage of tableware and cutlery in the restaurant. For example, clean tea glasses or cups are not always available, although the staff make every effort to replenish supplies as quickly as possible.
Overall, this is a budget hotel that offers good value for money. Guests should not expect a five-star experience, but the property provides a pleasant stay and could be further improved by addressing a few relatively minor operational issues.
