We had a wonderful experience at Rixos Sungate. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The service throughout the stay was excellent.
Special thanks to Ibrahim and Kaotar, who were incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating. Their warm hospitality and excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
We are very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend Rixos Sungate to anyone visiting Antalya/Kemer. We truly appreciate the exceptional hospitality and look forward to visiting again!

The place is well organized and the communication by guest relations was excellent
We had several issues in the room:
- the toilet was broken and the room service did nothing to fix it for 3 days.
- The glass door of the balcony was not maintained and hard to open and close.
- There were no tissues in the room.
- The AC was poor.
- The cleaning was not the best.

WIFI was amazing and lots of Facilities, plenty of choice also the Teppanyaki restaurant was amazing both food and staff.
Rooms were Tiered and not cleaned well at all. food in the buffet restaurant. and 2 of the Ala carte ( Rixis and Mexican) was poor and cold. lots of broken slabs and I mean lots ( over 200 ) around the pool. accident waiting to happen
