I expected more items in the bathroom like hair conditioner, body & hand lotion etc.

All was great - hotel, room, wellness zone, breakfast and restaurant itself
One minus is that water in shower was not flowing to the right place, but directly to the room which makes taking a shower almost impossible. This problem was known by hotel staff but we weren't warned in advance

Beautiful area. Lovely staff and locals. Easy parking. Great reception. Attentive bar staff. Other guests were respectful and professional. Air conditioning in room was appreciated.
Rooms and amenities were a little tired and dated. Didn't feel like a SPA experience. Complimentary items were minimal. Towels dated.
