Really enjoyed our stay at BasicRooms Interlaken! The location was super convenient, with a bus stop just nearby, so getting around was really easy. They also included the Interlaken Travel Pass, which was such a nice bonus because we got free rides around Interlaken.
The room was cleaned every day and everything was kept nice and tidy. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast had a good too.
We also had a small misunderstanding with the breakfast during our stay, and the staff were honestly so kind about it and decided not to charge us. Really appreciated their understanding and generosity!
Overall, a lovely place to stay, especially if you want somewhere convenient, clean, and with genuinely friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again! 🇨🇭

The owner was so kind and helpful! How lovely to be staying in a family owned hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean. We loved the balcony, and since we were in a corner room we had a cross breeze. We appreciated the bus passes! We were able to easily walk to the train station from the hotel. The shared bath was clean and easy to access.

The front women was very nice and it felt like a safe place to stay for one female.
It was extremely hot. Even with the windows open there was no airflow at night. The property could significantly increase the value of the stay by putting a fan in each room. I’m a normal size person and a the showers were quite small I couldn’t bend down in the shower to get anything so if your a bigger person I would not recommend. For a single person it was decent a good price. They really need fans it would
Significantly increase the comfort of my stay. I also didn’t like that everything was carpet it kinda freaks me out. The sheets smell clean but the carpet is kinda gross.
