The room is comfortable, excellent bed. Very good breakfast. Great location, close to restaurants, attractions, and public transportation.

Exceptional customer service! After an unexpected schedule change, we arrived a day early. Since family rooms were fully booked, we booked two double rooms instead, and the staff seamlessly accommodated us in two adjacent rooms. When we unfortunately had to cancel the remainder of our stay, they went above and beyond by offering a partial refund they weren't obligated to provide. We deeply appreciated their flexibility and generosity. The double rooms were very clean and good sized for two people, the location served as an ideal base for exploring the region, and the breakfast offered a great variety. We will definitely return when we visit the Interlaken area!

Breakfast is good and Staff there is excellent. We find that our room can get food smell every morning due to may be poor ventilation . Room is not that clean , bathtub has some mold. Anyway the staff at front deck and breakfast room are nice .
