A welcoming place to stay and relax in Interlaken

The staff members were friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze. The breakfast was lovely, with outstanding views of the surrounding mountains from the dining room. Nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in a central area just outside the room. The guesthouse is situated in a very quiet residential neighbourhood with great views. It is about 10 minutes flat walk from the station.

The stairs were a bit of a struggle to lug our suitcases up (but I am no longer young so that probably contributed). The room was compact but quite adequate for an overnight stay. However, these are only small gripes in comparison to the pleasant stay we had, and we would recommend this accommodation option in Interlaken.

Love the loft. Beautiful place and lovely people

Stairs going up with luggages but one would expect that staying here. So nothing to not like about this place.

The person that managed the place was very friendly. I would like to go back there next year with my family again.

Overall it is more like hostel.

The hotel location is good near Interlaken West train station and the neighbourhood is quite and beautiful. The staff is good and friendly and daily cleaning is also included.

But the whole building is quite old and outworn, especially the toilet and show place. But the hotel is missing a lot of basic facilities such as tissues ( we need to use the spare toilet paper for wiping the table) and floor mat for shower room.

Garden with a view, great location to explore mountains nearby

Room was ok, quiet in the night since is not in the center of interlaken but very close to interlaken west train station. Beautiful garden with a view with tables and seats to dinner there, kitchen available outside breakfast hours, and great breakfast. We were also able to let our baggage there before checkin time and go for excursion. Check-in check-out was efficient, with good communication with the property, and they also provided us discounts for a local activity.

The bed was fair, sort of trundle bed, but thanks to that there is more space in the room. Small bathroom but serves its purpose. We travel with small bag packs so maybe is better avoid large suitcases.

Location and staff cooperation

Rooms ideally should have been adjacent. Our children room was on the top floor and ours was on the first floor. Which is not an issue but would have been better.

Excellent place to stay on trips to Interlaken.

We had been accommodated in a refurbished two room apartment which was well equipped and very comfortable. We were travelling with little kids and they loved their room and all the activities that were provided. Location was excellent. A very short walk to Interlaken West Station and very close walk to the town centre. There was a supermarket close by and many restaurants too.

The location of the hostel is perfect. The room was brand new and the shower was just perfect. The breakfast does not have a good offer, but fair enough for the price paid. The coffee is excellent. 100% recommend this place.

Memorable Stay in Interlaken

The staff were very friendly and accomodative. We arrived a bit earlier than the indicated check-in time; they allowed us to wait in the dining area while preparing our room! Veey luch appreciated! Breakfast was quite good as well - and having it with a very nice view of the snowy mountains from the dining area was very pleasant and soothing! The room & bathroom/toilet very clean.

Cosy place with a fabulous view of the mountain.

Fantastic view of the mountain from balcony. Breakfast was very good especially the brewed coffee. The staff were very helping and knowledgeable.

Amazing place to stay close to Interlaken West station

Excellent location close to train station (walk in 5 minutes) and many shops, but in a quiet area. Easy self check in process with clear communication from staff. High quality breakfast items. Hot drinks area in the hallway. We used the breakfast area to eat our evening meal (bought from nearby supermarket). Great shower pressure in bathroom. Room was very spacious and it was lovely to stay in a traditional Swiss chalet. Staff gave us a bus ticket valid for our stay which we got a lot of use out of. Price was good value compared to other options in Interlaken. Multiple different language channels on the TV.

the room is spacious, and the location and the view are good. I like that they also provide you with coffee and tea & a hot water kettle in front of our room and the towels they provide are superb

Excellent stay!

Everything was lovely! Breakfast was nice and cosy. Self check in very easy. Comfortable bed. Clean.

We love everything.. except no lift to carry our big luggages to the family room at the 3rd floor.. and very squeaky single beds in the kids' room. Not really a big thing if you're a good sleeper! The double bed in our room was fine.
