Hotel Sonne Interlaken war absolut fantastisch

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Sonne Interlaken war absolut fantastisch. Das Hotel liegt in einer malerischen Umgebung mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, komfortabel und makellos sauber. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, und sie gaben sich alle Mühe, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Aufenthalt angenehm war. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Es gibt viele Wanderwege und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, und das Hotel bietet auch einen Fahrradverleih für diejenigen, die die Gegend auf zwei Rädern erkunden möchten. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel Sonne Interlaken wärmstens empfehlen. Es übertraf unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht und trug dazu bei, unseren Aufenthalt in Interlaken unvergesslich zu machen. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, wieder hier zu übernachten!

Happy with the environment

1.Doors can be controlled by mobile app 2. Staff and the boss were very helpful with information, ever ready to help. The boss gave very good recommendations on where and when to visit

Overall property was good. Especially because of Me Nitin I ignored everything else. He deserves the best.

Location was good. Front desk associate Mr Nitin was professional and knowledgeable. He was really helpful and right person to discuss about the Interlaken attractions.

Our flight was delayed and I informed the hotel that we will arrive late. When we arrived no one was there to greet. We had issues entering the hotel and the room and had to call the property. Owner of the property came to help but he was very rude and non professional behaviour. Room was smelly.

Perfect staying experience!

Living in Hotel Sonne gave me perfect travelling experiences especially hotel owner Mr. Chirag's kind help made my two days' staying at Interlaken full of happy memories. The room is very clean with nice mountain view , convenient transportation and hotel provides whole day's coffee and warm water, I changed my travel plan and followed Mr Chirag's suggestions and went to Zermatt where the mountain in the pic at hotel lobby is, which brought me the most amazing view ever! I'll surely stay at Sonne again if I'll have the chance to go to Interlaken and I strongly recommend you to choose Sonne. I left a bar of chocolate there and hopefully you'll have the chance to taste it :)

Wonderful stay

Although the hotel was not exactly at the city centre, it's just a 20-minute walk. And the bus stop was at the opposite of the hotel. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

I found the soundproofing of the rooms not that effective. I could hear footsteps coming from the floor above. If the other guests are noisy in the hallway, that can be an issue, too.

Absolutely amazing food and perfect location to commute either side of stations west or ost interlaken. Great connectivity.

It is definitely on the expensive side if booked in peak season

Pleasant

Couldn’t turn off the heating when 30 degrees so had to keep the windows open above a busy road. Bathroom supplies were not replenished when empty.

Facilities were found wanting. But commuting was convenient

The location was very convenient with the bus stops to Interlaken Ost and West just outside the hotel.

There was no air conditioning. A big minus during summer. Only vegan breakfast was served. Fortunately a cosy bakery across the road offered a nice breakfast.

Great location and great hotel

Love the young man that checked us in!! He was so helful!! All staff member were great. Can’t wait to recommend to all my friends.

Parking was tight, but glad to have it.

Great location, great staff, great facilities at the hotel

Very reasonable location, Almost same distance either way from Interlaken West or Interlaken OST and restaurants are less than 10 mins walk. Bus stop is literally less than 20 seconds from the entrance of the hotel. Very very very helpful and professional and friendly staff. Room was fully equipped with power connections, did not even need to use power adapters to charge phones or USB devices as it had connections like UK, and had USB sockets to use. High quality everywhere, Bathroom was clean absolutely could not fault anything in the room, balcony or bathroom.

Only thing that we did not like was that some of the rooms doors were too loud when they were closed by other guests, I guess that's not Hotels fault but there can be an improvement that can be made is that door should have some soft-close hinges so the doors don't slam close due to air pressure of if someone leaves it behind them.

Friendly staffs, good location there's a bus stop in front of the hotel, great service, love the view from the balcony. Nothing to complain. We have made good memories here in Switzerland. Thank you!

The bed is very comfort. The location is next to the bus station make it easy to travel around the city or connect the train to Grinderwal, Lauterbrunnen and Schilthorn. and THANKS! for unlimited free chocolate, biscuits and coffee. 👍

I stay in room for 4 persons, but have only 1 chair, the hotel should provide more chairs.

Great place for family

The facility is fully equipped with a good size fridge, and all cooking appliances. The place is comfortable for 4 of us. There is a bus station infront of the hotel, make us convenient to travel to the other places.

Breathtaking views, comfy beds and cozy rooms! Staff always happy to answer my questions and help Bus stop outside the hotel takes you everywhere you need to go and it’s all free!

perfect for a couple of days in interlaken , if you have plans of exploring around the day and crashing at night

location is good , we got a room with a nice balcony, people at the reception were helpful

Spent two nights in a family room for a skiing trip. We arrived very late and hotel texted us with a link to gain access to our room. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Nice coffee/tea making facilities outside our room. Good location, friendly staff and good value for money.

The property is situated in a very nice location, easily connected by bus from the main station. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. We had problems making our card work with their machine and they were very helpful and ready to arrangements.

The door of the room has an electronic lock and it needed to be closed very hard, or else it would make a beeping sound. This could be very disturbing for the nearby rooms
