The staff was friendly
There's a bakery across the street and a Coop Supermarket 5 minutes walk from the hotel
There was a mini fridge in the room, which was very convenient for storing food for early hikes
There's a electric keetle the room and tea+coffee
The doors don't lock properly and people keep slamming the doors in frustration, to shit off the alarm sound
The bathroom is small. I didn't have space to sit properly on the toilet
The rooms are not cheap and a breakfast is an additional 20CHF, so I didn't even try the breakfast

Staff is great, very communicable and very helpful.
Bathroom has very smelly, from the shower pipe.
Location is far from both train station.
It was pretty hot and no air conditioning, fans helped a little bit.
