HOP is a modern and homey apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Interlaken. The Luxe apartment units have clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, and includes a well-equipped living area and kitchen, as well as a balcony with views of the river. Access to our unit, the main door, elevator, and common areas are all done via mobile app/website, which in our experience was seamless and reliable.
In addition, we found the common areas to be quiet and relaxing. The availability of on-site laundry was also a plus. Moreover, staff was responsive to our messages on Expedia and Whatsapp. For some travelers, accessibility may be an issue - particularly those carrying multiple heavy luggages as the building is roughly 7 minutes from the nearest bus station connected to Interlaken Ost. Nevertheless, alternative transportation is available, and our family did not have significant issues navigating.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at HOP and would definitely book again in the future. Highly recommend!

On my next visit, I will comeback to HOP. The hotel and the location were amazing. The rooms are clean, new and smell good. Please keep it that way!

Extremely comfortable and well maintained apartment in an excellent location. Management (Alex and Sven) were so helpful and eager to please. Highly recommended.
