The hotel location was good and overall the stay was comfortable.
Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. A staff member named David was quite rude and unhelpful. I had already explained the full situation to one of his colleagues at reception, but David did not handle the matter professionally. This gave us a poor first impression of the hotel.

AC unit made very loud noise to the extent we couldn’t sleep. Front desk staff was very apologetic but the solution was to turn it off and open the only single window in the room. It was pretty humid that day!
There is no phone in the room if you need anything from housekeeping such as extra towels etc. You have to personally go to front desk located in a separate part of the building to get anything.

No shelving in shower to put any personal toiletries
