Friendly and helpful staffs. Late night noodles are very nice. Moring breakfast had more various than expected and foods are delicious.
Quiet a walking distance from Takasaki station (5 mins) when it's raining.

Big bath, clean, close to the station
This is a small thing but if there were towels at the public bath area, it would be very convenient. Also, there were three bottles for take off makeup, liquid lotion, and creamy lotion by the mirror in the bath area. The labels were written only in English. I was afraid some people might mistakenly use the cleansing.

I enjoyed the services relating to complimentary food, drinks, and snacks. The bathhouse experience was wonderful and good operation hours. I enjoyed the complimentary Popsicles.
The bathhouse was a bit small, but that's minimal.

Onsen, free ice cream, free signature Dormy Inn Ramen for supper and coffee throughout the day. Hotel is about 8-min walk from the train station. However, you can take public buses to some of the tourist attractions right opposite the hotel. Also, there are many restaurants around the hotel, other than those at the train station. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Actually, Dormy Inn is our preferred choice in other cities as well.
Onsen at Takasaki is not natural hotspring water. Well, not their fault. The city area might not have natural hotspring!
