About this villa rental
Apartment in villa ideal for those who like to spend their holidays in absolute tranquility and in contact with nature at 150 meters from the fine sandy beach, next to a pine forest of eucalyptus. Large outdoor spaces, well cared for, all the property is fenced so children can play in peace (to go to the sea just walk a path 150 meters). The apartment is about 90 square meters, with two double bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed. The rooms have all exterior openings, the bedrooms and the terrace have a sea view. The large terrace of about 100 square meters, the half 'is covered by a wooden roof with outdoor kitchen and barbeque ideal for outdoor dining, the other half suitable for sunbathing.
The use of air conditioning will be calculated on consumption with extra payment, 1kw=0.60€.
Visitor's tax will be paid at check in, 1 euro per person per day.

"Sistemazione eccezionale: eravamo in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini di 8 e 1 anno e mezzo) in un contesto tranquillo, sicuro (l''accesso alle scale, dalla terrazza e'' delimitato da un cancelletto; posto auto interno delimitato da cancello automatico), ottimamente organizzato e rifinito. Ricordo le bellissime e piacevolissime serate passate in terrazza, a goderci la brezza ed il cielo stellato. Anche i bambini si sono divertiti molto. I proprietari ...Eccezionali. Sempre disponibili e attenti ad ogni minimo dettaglio, dall''accoglienza ai saluti finali. Ci auguriamo di tornare prestissimo e lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia trascorrere una bellissima ed indimenticabile vacanza;ideale anche per gruppi o piu'' famiglie!"

"Stupenda casa dotata di ogni confort e dotata di tutto il necessario, veramente tutto.Casa perfettamente pulita e curata nei minimi particolari. Comoda per raggiungere il mare e visitare le località famose della zona. I padroni di casa, Giovanni e Piera, sono persone gentilissime e disponibili. Lo consigliamo a tutti certi che vi troverete sicuramente bene."

Appartment liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes, in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig. Wie in Italien üblich, spielt auch hier das Leben draußen: Küche,Eßplatz draußen auf Terasse. Kann in Nebensaison nachteilig sein. Wegen der Lage geht die Sonne im Herbst hinter den Bergen spät auf und früh unter. Ab Oktober nicht mehr ideal.

"bellissima vacanza. la casa è tenuta molto bene , non manca niente , i proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. se si vogliono visitare le "bellezze" della Sicilia è in una buona posizione .Da ritornarci!"
