Stunning location: the terrace overlooks the old Kasbah which looks stunning in the morning light. Also close to restaurants, especially the Bagdad Cafe, the only place in town that serves alcohol. Dar Mouna is build in the style of an old Kasbah, with mud and straw.
The traditional Kasbah style is very dark inside, and the room was very dark due to small windows and very little lightening. The staff was very friendly, but only woke up at 8am when we had ordered breakfast to get an early start. The pool looked a bit neglected and we decided not to swim in it.

What a great location and view from the terrace. Lovely pool. Super friendly staff.
If anything the bathroom was quite small but that aside - fabulous.

Close to Ait Benhaddou.
Room was primitive and frigid. Heater never could catch up. It was the 13 and 14 of December but that’s no excuse. Never could get hot water so no shower. Not very happy.
