Location in a good neighborhood on a busy street with shops and restaurants yet only a block from the beach; excellent breakfast; friendly staff especially front desk staff and the breakfast room ladies Eliane and Aline
It was hard to get hot water in the bathroom and the shower didn’t drain well so it flooded

There's no electrical outlet at the head of the bed. This is a huge inconvenience, as you can't use the computer while lying down.
And the lighting isn't good enough for reading.

Great location! The staff is gentle
Fake marketing on booking
We needed to pay more for a room we have selected and they changed the accommodation with no notice. Then they charged me with more money for Sth I have chosen previously and they did not comply

The swimming pool
Too expensive for an old hotel, really bad bed, the air conditioning really noisy. I felt a bit unsafe in the location
