スタッフさんの気配り、特に落し物が翌日届いたのには驚きました。
入国前に具合が悪くなった旦那に対する救急処置も素晴らしかった。
事前のパーク内の案内も丁寧で助かりました。
楽しい時間を過ごすことができて良かったです。ありがとうございました。
残念だったのは、ケーキセットのケーキの種類が1種類しかなかったことです。
コーヒー、紅茶、プリンはとても美味しかったので大満足でした。

施設やスタッフは
良かったと思う
駐車場が分かりづらく大変
腰が悪いのに大変でした
温泉もバスに乗らなければ
行けないし
夕食も頼んで無かったので
ハウステンボスで食べたが
いつも食べてるような物しか無く
高いだけで美味しく無かった

ホテル内に売店があるといい(せめて自販機)
お風呂のメンテナンスがされてない印象
朝食がもう少しリーズナブルだと嬉しい
