The location is beautiful, the house is amazing, big rooms, clean and perfectly aranged, the pool is comfortable and clean, we spent our noons around the pool in the heat of the sun, the yard maintenance, the hosts are amazing, helpful and very open.

only the lack of espresso coffee machine (there was one but not espresso). nothing else

It was a dream vacation house. Perfect Tuscany vibe. We coudn't get enough of breakfests and lunches on the private garden, swimming in the pool and cooking in the beautiful kitchen with perfect view to the grapeyards. We were there for cyckling, there are nice roads for that. You can go for coffee the Montaione with is really close and super pretty city. Or have longer cycling rides to beautiful places to Gambassi Therme, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena. It is really perfectly located for cycling. Just be prepared for lot of elevation gain. The owners of the house were really sweet and friendly. We had everything what we needed.

If you want to feel the real Tuscany, like from the movies, this is the right place for you. We enjoyed it. We had a clean apartment, excellent service and a very clean pool. The yard is beautiful, the peace will amaze you. We are definitely coming back again.

Everything was perfect!

One of the most special places I've ever been to! The location, the host, the house it self - it really gives you this back-in-time feeling of calmness and peacefulness. Thank you, David, for everything!

Location, nice porch with table and garden, swimming pool

Refrigerator is very very old. It really needs to be replaced as not cleanable and not funtioning properly anymore. 2 of the 3 shelves would collapse and one of the fruit/veggie drawer was broken. We notified it to the friendly owner and we hope it will be replaced. An extra frying pan ( now there was just 1 available) and some handy kitchen tools should also be added to the basic kitchen equipment.

Secluded, private, and peaceful. The apartments have everything you would need to stay - full kitchens, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The pool is wonderfully maintained. They are dog friendly too which is a plus. Additionally you can purchase wine and olive oil on site from grapes and olives grown on the property’s farm. My family (three toddlers and a dog) stayed for three nights and were able to relax and enjoy the property. It is easily drivable to Pisa, Florence, Volterra, Vicopisano, and Lucca.
