Everything! It was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, the place is beautiful and the people are lovely. Even though the Kruger park was partially closed over the weather, Vuyani have a reserve of their own so we still had all of our game drive and see a lot! We will come back for sure!

The lodge and safari game drives were great.

All inclusive lists were not available and could not do some.of the activities but that was due to the weather.

Game drives with Yani & Aggi were exceptional, they went above and beyond for our short stay at Vuyani and are both very knowledgeable. They even managed to make the early morning lookouts exciting! Service from all of the in-house staff, from front desk, food & airport transfer was great - everyone was super friendly and attentive - we would highly recommend!

What an incredible experience! We stayed at the lodge for 3 nights that we will never forget. The concept is great: waking up with an early morning safari, then a delicious breakfast (what a delicious cake, to say the least!), relaxing by the pool with a phenomenal view in the middle of the nature reserve with occasional visits from a wild animal (like the baboons), ... finally diving back into nature in the early evening with a second safari of the day (including aperitif in the middle of nature at sunset), then dinner. The first evening we had a barbeque outside - phenomenal. Thanks to all the staff at the lodge, from the night watchman to the cook to the cleaning people, for giving us an unforgettable stay! We will return without a doubt!

A wonderful place. The staff were beyond fantastic and the most hospitable people we have ever met on our travels. No request is too much and they cannot do enough for you and just want to please you. Our room was made/ cleaned/ tidied multiple times a day in fact. We had some flight delays on our journey from the UK, which meant we missed our flight to the area and had to make some last minute arrangements. Vuyani were able to sort an unexpected transfer from the airport for us with little to no notice and we were so grateful. There were two game drives daily, each for roughly 3 hours and the guide and tracker ensured they did everything for us to see the big five (which we did - we even saw a leopard on our first night). Although we didn't visit Kruger ourselves, from those that did a day trip from the lodge whilst we were there, we gathered that although the herds/ packs of animals seen are fewer in number at Vuyani, you are able to get so much closer to see the animals at the Vuyani reserve and this was perfect for us as it was a much more personal experience. The day before we arrived even, a Cheetah made a kill right next to the lodge swimming pool (we were showed footage from other guests). There are a range of other activities that are available via the lodge as day or half-day trips. We did the Blyde River Canyon boat trip which we would recommend - an opportunity to see crocs and hippos and stunning scenery that is also different to the game reserve. The food was also great with a three course meal every night. One night of the week they provide a BBQ with their outdoor fire pit which was another lovely experience.

Impossible to find a better game driver's team than John and Peace. It's incredible how polite all staff is. The food is really good! Best price/quality hotel for a Safari!
