Boardwalk 1084 is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the 10th floor. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores and within walking distance of shops and dining. Sea N Suds is located in front of the complex.
Living Areas & Bedroom:
• Access to the balcony is from the living room
• Tile flooring is throughout the unit
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. The dining area seats four, with two additional barstools.
• Washer and dryer are inside the unit
• Living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper and an electric fireplace (with or without heat)
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
Check-In & Parking:
• Keyless entry — no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out
• Maximum of two cars allowed. This complex has parking across the street, and one or both cars may need to be parked on that side, depending on availability.

We had a great time! The condo was ready at 4:00 and we came in and felt at home. The kitchen had everything you would need and the beach veiw was excellent I was a little hesitant that we would hear a lot of outside noise but it was very quiet and loved listening to the ocean.

This was a great condo for us. The space was good, the bed conforrable! Views were awesome and loved the balcony furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. Onlybissue we has was one elevator was down our entire stay and one day neither was working when we went to leave. Being on the 10th floor that was an issue. It was also advertised as 2 bedroom. (Although we did not need the second).

Last day here when I went out to pack the car, I came back to the room for more luggage and the door code would not work! My phone and all information was still inside unit. I had no way to contact anyone. The sign on the condo unit said Young’s Suncoast realty and their office was on the third floor but they didn’t open until 9. At least I had my wallet and car keys so my wife and I went to eat breakfast.I noticed a truck getting gas with Youngs Sun coast realty sign and went to ask him for help. He said sure and would meet me at the condo unit. After we arrived he noticed that they didn’t manage the unit we were in and he couldn’t help us get in but he didn’t leave us high and dry. He called and found someone with a master key to let us in.Thank you to the employee from Sun Coast realty!!!
