ウエルカムドリンクが充実していました。特にレモネード、甘酒美味しかったです。室内の温度管理が良く快適に過ごせました。

鍵が1つしか渡されず不便だと感じました。サウナ嵐の湯はとても気持ち良かったのですが入浴用に作務衣に着替える必要がありわざわざ距離が離れている大浴場で着替えなので近くに更衣室があれば良いと思います。

Staff, especially at the front desk, were extremely friendly and professional.

Very tired and in need of repair. Washlets didn’t work properly and had no pressure. WiFi didn’t work. No blackout curtains so was woken up at 04:00 with the sun streaming through. Parking area is dangerously uneven.
