Beautiful and carefully renovated house with a lot of history and a wonderful host, nice common areas, very well equipped kitchen, loads of space and a quite area around the house, the beds were very comfortable, we could park our bikes safely and dry our wet clothes in a warm room - very recommendable place to spend a nice time :)
All in all, everything was great!
The concept of reducing the environmental impact due to washing sheets etc. is great, anyhow I found the extra price for basic things like bed sheets and pillow cases quite high.

nice old farm house in a quiet middle of nowhere location, lots of space, kitchen available, great bakery 100m away with wonderful croissants would be great for young children
would be ideal for big dogs, they dont allow dogs (we dont have a dog)

The house is very old, it felt like living in the Harry Potter's Castle, that was magical and very unique experience, some people will complain about the house is old but I loved it.
There is an ICA close to it but you need to reach the location with a car, free parking and it is out in the country side.
Cleanness was Ok, good facilities and access to a full equipped kitchen with all the essentials. There have even a barbeque place so you can grill actually I think.
I was there with friends for the beach but it was a bit far away but that did not bother us.
In the beginning I thought it is only old, but then I realized it is very old and antique house which became very special experience for us.
The cleanness was Ok, but you can find some spiders, dead insects by the window.
The bathroom was very small, but it worked for us.

The garden surroundings were beautiful! Very interesting house…servants’ quarters?
Room in the cellar same price as all other rooms. Described and charged extra as a room with a shower and toilet. This was NOT bigger than a public stall. The shower was VERY OLD and showered over the toilet and mini sink making everything wet. Had to pay for bed linens and 1 towel
