Excellent and speedy communication from WOW.
The room was very comfortable and exactly like the photos. The kitchen was great and had all I needed plus more. I didn't use the laundry room but I had a look in and was very impressed. Overall my WOW room was very cosy, quiet, comfortable and great value for money. I will definitely stay again.
Some reviews mention the shower overflowing onto the bathroom floor but I honestly did not find that a problem as there are plenty of fresh towels available in the laundry room and the cupboard on the first floor which my room was on.

Clean, cozy studio with excellent facilities. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, fridge and kettle (together with tea and coffee). Easy to find, relatively central, located in a quite and safe neighborhood. It was easy to find and I had no problem getting the keys and checking in. There is a shared kitchen - very clean and well equipped.
Nothing, really. Would be happy to stay there again!

Location was nice, building and common area/kitchen was nice. Easy access and good communication from host. (New!) room was pleasant.
Unfortunately there were bed bugs on the bed when I arrived. Luckily I noticed straight away, but it was quite obvious so I was shocked that the cleaning staff had not noticed. There was a whole "nest" behind the headboard and I saw 3 crawling on the bed. I got offered a new room and the staff were very nice about the situation. But this had a very bad impact on my stay and of course I did not feel very safe in regards to cleanliness and was worried that they were elsewhere in the building.
