Excellent, friendly staff. I was away for one breakfast and they prepared an excellent 'breakfast bag' for me. Free coffee and biscuits at all time.
Close to the botanical gardens.

The Location is great and the rooms are so good. The staff are soo helpful and friendly. A very family feel. The constant access to coffee/tea etc is so lovely. And the ability to cook food for yourself is such a good thing
The over bed lights are too low on the wall to sit up in bed and read. You hit your head on them

It’s quiet and feels like being in a house
To get to the entrance it’s walking uphill which can be a bit annoying especially and it’s about at 10min walk to the nearest tram station.
