Great location, just a 10 minute direct tram into the centre or a pleasant 25-30 minute walk in and a big supermarket with some bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were so so friendly thank you to the receptionist ladies and Alex in the dining room for being lovely and attentive. The property was spotless and modern, a really comfortable room and access to a great gym. Loved the food too!
The sauna in the gym wasn’t working properly but this was only a minor hiccup! Everything else was faultless. We have booked to return next summer!

The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and understanding. When we mentioned that our room had an unpleasant smell, they immediately found us another room and even upgraded us, which we really appreciated. Thank you for your kindness and excellent service. We also loved the breakfasts and it was a pleasant surprise that dinner was included as well. Everything was delicious. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
At first, it felt a little unusual that the hotel was located inside a multi-purpose building, but we quickly got used to it. The only small suggestion would be to provide tissues in the rooms. Overall, everything was great.

Breakfast & Dinner were very good
Location is not convenient to anything. Terrible value for the price. Televisions need to be updated, need to provide silverware, plates and cups to use the efficiency.
