Close to the airport - not clean enough

Positive points: Nice staff/ Location for airport Very close to the airport The staff was nice and helpful despite language barriere

Negative points : Cleaniness The room was cleaned up but wasnt clean enough i.e ( fresh towels and bedsheet, but reaming bloodstains on the bed, boogie nose on pillow, unknown hair in the bed, unidentified white marks on couch and some random spikes from a plant - probably from drying the sheets outside) - I slept in my clothes, after putting my own towel on the bed and I didnt dare to cover myself with these bedsheets.

Comfortable mattress.

Old towels smelling like cigarette smoke. Pillows and sheets smelling like cigarette smoke. Grotty bathroom. No restaurant.

The rooms are very beautiful and all the facilities were as good as five star hotel thanks for serving us 😀 Will surely visit again Very quite room and clean

Персонал отзывчивый, близко к аэропорту, помогли с заказом такси. Ещё раз - персонал большие молодцы.

Комната была плохо убрана, у нас был оплачен улучшенный номер с камином, в итоге была предоставлена обычная комната без камина и с плохой ванной комнатой. Если бы мы заплатили в 2 раза меньше, претензий бы не было. По соотношению цена - качество это худший отель в моем опыте.

The hotel was near IGI Airport. Staff was very good. Stay was safe and comfortable.

Tea/Coffee , creamer, and sugar sachets were sufficient, so I could prepare my Tea/Coffee properly. Room service was good.

It was mentioned as 4 Star, but the facility was somewhere between 2-3 Star.

Superb

This place costs about the same as renting a locker for your luggage at a Western Airport. It's pretty low end, but it's close to the airport. There's some negative reviews on booking.com, but what do people expect in this amount

convenient and clean transit hotel

I missed a flight and had to stay in Delhi while in transit. The Hotel Opera was close by and convenient. I only had a few hours to shower, sleep, and get back to the airport, so the fact that dinner and breakfast were included was helpful. the room was clean and the owner was helpful and kind.

As a solo female traveler who doesn’t know Delhi, i did not feel comfortable walking around the area.

Location near to airport was only real good side Only the person on dayshift (guy with glasses) front desk was helpful

Speaking from my perspective of 12 yrs travelling in India this was by far worse stay in "4 star" hotel. I'd rather say it's max 2 stars. Rooms are far from what you see in the photos Towels were dirty, stained Bed sheets were definitely not washed, looked like used before Bathroom is tottaly dirty, broken toilet seat, wires from boiler hanging and connections not even insulated with tape Person in night shift front desk was ignorant and unhelpful, behaving like he paid us to stay at the hotel, not the other way around

Superb

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff! Airport shuttle assistance was such a huge relief and benefit. Staff communication prior to our arrival was easy, timely, and thoroughly responsive. Great place for backpackers, couples, or single travellers alike. They went out of their way to accomodate us on our final days in India.

The hotel room was clean and tidy, the receptionist Mr. Ramprasad was very cooperative, attentive and very friendly. Whenever I called for anything it was immediately done. Also there is airport taxi services which was great as I had a connecting flight in the early morning hours. The food was tasty too.

That it's not far from the airport, good breakfast and services. Food is of large quantities for a cheap price. The room was very large for a room and is comfortable. The staff were friendly. The security guard was very helpful and deserves a pat on the shoulder

nothing to like on this property.

Honestly, the room is disgusting. I came inside the room and the beddings are not changed. Towels are unclean with stain marks. The bathroom is so old and all pipes are rusty. The wash bin feels like it will fall into pieces because of the cracks. The shower isn’t working properly. Need to call the room service to fix. The AC makes a loud sound. Its window type and its smelly.

Very good

Very close to the airport, with Ubers available all night long. Maybe it’s that I’m used to budget rooms, but for 1400rupis I found the value amazing: comfy bed, hot shower, large soundproof room, and even a kettle with tea. If you want to see Delhi centre this might not be the place, but for the airport it is a perfect stop.

They charged 170rps more than on Booking.com… didn’t have the energy to fight it.
