The room was very spacious and comfortable. Best pillows I’ve ever slept on. I love that there were big mugs for coffee or tea instead of just the little cups that hold barely anything. The facilities were great. The bar and cafe downstairs and the arcade on level 1 were fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
No bottled water in the room which most hotels supply these days (even at a cost). Also the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were tiny. Most hotels I have been too lately have the big bottles on the wall. The carpet was drenched at the bathroom door however the issue was raised and management were going to look into a potential shower leak or something of the sort. Other than that everything was great.

Restaurant is great, location is great, staff is great. Good food, nice selection. The location is central and close to everything you need. The staff are friendly and well kept.
The rooms unfortunately smell like those cheap hotels where the fabric cleaner is way too strong. If you are a person sensitive to scents, do not book here. The showers also take a long time for the hot water to work. They would save on their water bill if they changed that I'm sure.
