Great location, large room for Tokyo, nice lobby with view

Fabulous location great view from the bar and restaurant of sky tree and the city lights. Very close to trains was only 5 min walk to hotel from the train from airport.
The bed and pillows. Bed was supper firm (like a rock) and pillows were feather down which I don’t like, they end up flat as a pancake.I love a fat pillow so it’s really a personal thing with pillows.
Room was clean. No milk for the Nespresso coffee machine tho so grab a small milk or ask on check in.
Staff were excellent helpful and lovely.
But I don’t think I would stay here again.

the room was clean and newly renovated
but the toilet door was hard to open and close.
the corridor was kind of old and not so clean
