Staff is super nice, helpful and polite. Room is spacious and very clean. We feel very enjoyable to stay in Monterey. There is an elevator can go down to the beach. We love the sauna and hot spring/bathing. Even there is a fee but it’s reasonable. The hotel itself is beautiful as well. Nice view and good location. Highly recommended!
Some weird smell in the corridor and the room. Need to wait for the breakfast as it’s always full. Even tho you can get the ticket on the phone, but need to wake up early for that. A little bit inconvenient.

Very, very nice hotel in a great location. It’s a short walk to many restaurants and a Family Mart and two Lawson’s.
The staff were all super friendly and extremely helpful.
The water pressure in the shower is good and the bathroom products are beautiful.
We had a great sea view from our room.
The bed is a little hard and the pillows aren’t great either.
The shower has a shower curtain over the bath. I’m not a fan of shower curtains for hygiene reasons.
The Restaurants in the hotel are all quite expensive by Japanese standards.

Clean, comfortable bed, free upgrade, nice restaurant,friendly staff, nice kid playing room, we stuck in the hotel because of the typhoon but we didn’t got bored

The property is nice and clean and is large.
It feels very tired. You also have to pay for everything additionally, like sunbeds by the pool which we were not expecting. There were a lot of children and we had to queue to get into breakfast.
