The room we stayed in the condotel is spacious and comfortable. There was almost no small disturbance or noise coming from equipments or fittings and well insulated from neighbours. The room is clean.
The gym is too small and the Japanese restaurant is too crowded with long queues in the morning for breakfast.
The location is not the most convenient but the expectation of staying at such location should be set properly before choosing this. If you drive then convenience will not be a problem

朝ごはんバイキングは席数が少なめの為、待ち時間があるのは後の予定も崩れるので残念でしたが、ご飯は美味しかったです！

Very spacious condo, beach house, the nearby beach (which is safe, despite the lack of nets - according to locals. Nothing happened to our group, but I cannot guarantee that it's always a case, so better check the current conditions). One of the drivers helped us to the bus stop which is not in vicinity of the hotel.
The outdoor pool is closed for autumn (commencing November), which is not mentioned on the main page, and so is the pool cafe that has a kid's playground. That significantly limits activities for the baby. Top floor pool is reserved for owners only.
Overall the hotel is a bit outdated and there are parts yearning for modernisation (lifts eg.).
