Situated in Fallbrook, this lovely house for $182 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Beautiful private guest house in a tropical setting with a comfortable king size bed and a separate living room. Completely private entrance and driveway parking. You will think you're at an island resort in your own paradise! All of the stunning outdoor amenities are yours to enjoy! You'll absolutely love the well manicured 1/2 acre lot with several seating areas. The kitchenette has a microwave/convection oven and small fridge/freezer ONLY, but the outdoor island includes 2 burners and a great B.B.Q. if you love to cook. We have 4 friendly dogs of our own, but during your stay, our dogs will NOT be in your backyard area and you and any fur babies you bring with you will have it completely to yourselves. If you are lucky enough to stay with us in the summer time, you will absolutely love our salt water wading pool. With beach access and a whale step, it is perfect for lounging and cocktails. And our pool is dog friendly! (heated only from May thru September, pool towels provided) Enjoy our lovely koi pond on the deck that is loaded with fish and water turtles. This listing is strictly for adults only due to water hazards. Located in beautiful Fallbrook, just a 20 minute drive to Temecula Wine Country. Our property is loaded with country charm and our next door neighbor is a 20 acre nursery, great for long walks for you and your dog. Located on a quiet country cul-de-sac with just a handful of friendly neighbors, you'll find it's the perfect peaceful get-away from the rat race. Shopping and grocery stores are only 5 minutes away. We can't wait to host you! PLEASE READ ALL RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This property has many steps on and around the deck and would not be a good fit for an elderly or disabled person. - Only registered guests are allowed on the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please don't ask if your friends/family can come to visit. Our insurance does not cover additional visitors. 2 Guests maximum. NO EXCEPTIONS. - No children/minors are allowed on the property. No exceptions. Because we have dogs, ponds and a swimming pool, it would not be safe for children. - Pool is not heated during the winter months (October - April). - Outdoor quiet time is after 9pm. We ask that you be considerate of our neighbors and keep voices and music to a bare minimum after 9pm. - Please DO NOT feed the animals. We have birds, fish & turtles on the property and for their safety, they are on special diets. - This is an on line booking company. PLEASE check your in-box for important messages from host BEFORE your arrival.

I had the most relaxing 5 day getaway to this lovely guest house property. My 5 month old puppy enjoyed the backyard with all the room for him to explore and run around. The neighborhood is so quiet! The rooster next door was the loudest noise I heard through my visit. Would love to come stay again.

This property is gorgeous!. Every detail of the yard is so perfect. Bed is super comfy and the space is just cozy, clean, and beautiful. Definitely recommend checking this place out for a solo getaway or a romantic couples trip.

We arrived at the property and was greeted by Lisa from that point on it was the best experience that I've ever had at a property she made us feel at home very much The property itself is amazing everything about it from the pool the birds the turtles the fish she put a lot of thought into the amenities that are offered here it is so peaceful The living quarters are fantastic there's everything you need and more The pool is so refreshing I probably can sit here and tell you so much about the property All I can say is you have to see for yourself but as far as me my wife and my dog Coco we found our second home.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property in Fallbrook with my husband and our dog, Henry.
We loved having access to the expansive backyard - an absolute treat for both us and our fur baby. Henry had the time of his life exploring the outdoors, intrigued by the resident koi fish, turtles, and birds. The layout of the property, from the landscaping to the animal life, is thoughtfully designed and well maintained.
The jewel of our stay was undoubtedly the pool designed by Lisa. It was an ideal spot to unwind, listening to our favorite tunes as we soaked up the sun. The memories of lounging and relaxing in this beautiful setting will stay with us for a long time.

We had an absolutely amazing time! The cleanliness of the whole place was stellar. The whole backyard is a beautifully manicured tropical paradise with everything you could ever want for ultimate relaxation. You can tell Lisa has a passion for the upkeep of her grounds. The bird aviary and turtle pond truly made us feel like we were on a tropical island. Our large dog had plenty of lush grass to run around on. Lisa was extremely friendly, understanding of our unique situation and needs, and gave us all the privacy we wanted. Lastly you can tell Lisa is a true professional with her attention-to-detail of all the complimentary hotel-style amenities. Thanks again to Lisa and Jim for everything. We will definitely try to book them again, next time we come down here.

This truly was the perfect stay! Lisa couldn’t have been more accommodating for me and my dog. It was important that my dog was welcomed and that he could just run and play in the fenced yard. The grounds were so well kept up and it felt like I was staying at a high end spa. Any concern I had was addressed and I taken care of. The bed was heaven too( icing on the cake) Anyway, I will book again, sooner than later. Thank you Lisa, you were the perfect host!

This property is absolutely stunning! The back yard is pristine and very large. The owners let you have it all to yourselves. It rained the entire time we were there, but it was still beautiful to look at! The inside was immaculate and well decorated with everything you need during your stay! Owners were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating!
The one and only suggestion I have is maybe putting a large mirror on a wall in the bedroom so someone can be doing their hair or makeup while someone else in taking a shower as it gets pretty steamy. I used my phone camera as a mirror and sat on the bed to do my hair while my husband was in the shower and it worked out nicely. I guess the other option is to always remember to bring a light-up make-up mirror along with!

Lisa is a wonderful host. The guesthouse is adorable and has everything needed. The outside spaces were a huge bonus. Our dogs loved it and the grounds were so peaceful. Hope to stay again in the future.

Very nice home to sit back and enjoy. Nice enough to not even go anywhere. Multiple vantage points to lounge with animals to watch. Accommodations to cook meals. Owners are very accommodating to your needs and quick to respond. Instructions are clear and easy to follow to operate everything at the home, fire pits, space heaters, etc. Highly recommend, my wife and i went for our anniversary.

Lisa was also a great hostess, greeting us upon arrival and giving us a walking tour of the place before we settled in. This will absolutely be at the top of the list for me if we visit the area again.

After renting properties multiple times a year for the last 15 years this one tops them all. Nothing was overlooked for comfort and convenience. My dog was in heaven exploring the tropical backyard and beautiful pool and bbq area. The koi and turtle pond add a peaceful feel. It’s close to the wedding venue we were in town for and the hosts are very accommodating. Lisa is quick to answer questions and give recommendations as needed. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I hope to stay here again!

As advertised on the listing. The stay was everything and more! Lisa was so great to work with and responsive. The backyard was a treat was like staying at a 5 star resort complete with amazing pool and room for our dog who loved running around. Complete with all the necessary amenities in the home. It was a pleasure to relax and this wonderful stay!

We had a very nice stay at this Fallbrook VRBO. The wedding we attended was only 10 min from this location. The owner went above and beyond on two separate occasions. One was looking out for a FEDEX package for us - last minute bridesmaids dress - and the owner let us know right away when it arrived. And also when we left a pair of valuable earrings when we checked out. Upon notification, Owner immediately packaged it and took it down to have it priority shipped to our house. Their home and grounds are lovely - wish we had had time to enjoy the pool! The only thing to be aware of is the tankless water heater. It was a bit persnickety. We found that we had to run the kitchen area faucet in order to provide enough water pressure to best regulate the hot water for the shower. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!

Luckily, we brought snacks and an ice cold Yeti cooler full of water and other beverages. We enjoyed a lot of time outside in the backyard. The pics are accurate. The place was so clean and so lovely! Lisa, the owner, is so professional and helpful! She does such a nice job! We plan to return.

In town for a wedding. Great location. Close to hikes, restaurants and wineries. It was nice to have a private unit while enjoying the lovely backyard. Pool was warm and landscape was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Fallbrook.

A Bit of Eden
This beautiful property is a real gem. The sparkling pool, outdoor kitchen and barbecue, coy pond, fire pit, and gardens are all lovely and secluded. The guest house is nicely appointed and spotless. Lisa made sure our stay was perfect. Thank you!

The casita was wonderful. Great bed, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful backyard and refreshing pool. Wonderful place to take your dog - all fenced yard, plus a 20 acre nursery next door for long walks. The hosts, Jim and Lisa, were attentive and quickly responded to any needs. Definitely a place to come back too.
