The hotel room was really nice. It was roomy with a good view of the golf course and Chongqing. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was huge. The front desk and concierge were great.
The staff in the dining room was a little slow to respond.

Beds were nice.
The staff helped me give my wife a surprise birthday party. It was lovely. The staff went overboard
Coffee is terrible, western style breakfast was always cold on the buffet

The A/C did not work. I switched rooms and it was still not working.
