The room is a comfortable size and includes a microwave and mini-fridge. For an extra fee, you can request a room with a kitchenette. The parking lot is spacious and free. It's cheap
The cleaning service is not good; there is no cleaning service during your stay, and you have to request personally to the staff to change towels or other necessary items. There is no security within the complex, so there is a lot of insecurity and homeless people around. There's no ice machine, which is really necessary in Florida and with mini-fridges. They're having a bit of a problem with mold and some insects. There is no swimming pool.

The cameras. The staff was always helpful. The property is clean. And the run a great team from the front desk to maintenance

The location was good. The price was low. The room was clean. The room was big. The was plenty of available parking.
The bed had a dip. The hotel didn't give us much soap and shampoo nor towels for our showers. There was no ice machine. There was no Wi-Fi. The deposit had to be in cash. The outside of the hotel looked terrible.
