Lovely and clean building. Luisa was very welcoming and ready to help, have a chat, or give suggestions about the area. The air conditioning and the fridge in the room were very helpful in the extremely hot and humid weather. The balcony over the garden and facing the sea was a nice addition and allowed us to dry our clothes.
We enjoyed the savoury and sweet breakfast. Some of the cakes were made by Luisa and they were delicious!
Free parking was available in front of the building.
Driving to the place from the town was not too easy, due the narrow roads.
Whilst we appreciated that the ladies tidied the room every morning, we felt a slight lack of privacy, at times. We were not provided with a door sign to show if we were inside, so, sometimes, they entered the room without making sure that it was empty. Nevertheless, they were kind and helpful.

Case Gionnone.
Absolutely loved this B&B. Set back from the main road, but just a short walk to beach & restaurants. Luisa is a lovely kind host who has furnished & decorated the B&B beautifully. Lovely big room, infact 2 rooms - plenty of space for 4 of us. Great bathroom. Peaceful garden. Only stayed one night, but enjoyed it! Fabulous breakfast too - plenty of traditional sweet & savoury. Coffee also great! We walked down to the beach for a lovely evening swim at sunset before having Aperol Spritz & a slap up meal at the very busy La Rotunda, which was only steps away (get your name down early in the evening to book a table). The B&B is only 15-20 min drive from Tre Piscine, Sant'Elia & Porticello. You can also easily/cheaply get a train into Palermo. Sadly had to leave after breakfast to head home. But not before squeezing in another swim in the sea.
Nothing not to like.
Although I think you need a car to really enjoy the location.
Would have been a great bonus if there was a pool!

Case Giannone was absolutely wonderful. We wish we had more days there. Rooms were spa-like: clean, comfortable, with a view. The garden charming--olive and lemon trees. Breakfast fantastic--delicious Italian pastries and baked goods, eggs, bacon, fruit, and more. Walk to a wonderful beach (on some main roads) with locals. Great take-out pizza and granita from La Rotanda. Our hostess was gracious, friendly, helpful.
