the staff our so friendly and welcoming, great location for day trips around. the wine tasting was great, but the food pairing not so much... trying to ghard.
the food isnt up to the standard of the place. its all fine but should be great, breakfast is ok, would like more fresh stuff than frozen pastries, the food tasting was poor with the wine. so much excellent product around yet they are trying to be modern European, the taste are too sweet etc...

Nothing about property Just a warning re Google Maps diverted us off onto really rough back roads to get there which was not pleasant and super stressful. Stick to exact location from bookings direction

Breakfast great, room fine,
Upon arriving, not clear where to register. The golf cart needed to carry our bags was out of commission, and the ramp to the rooms is steep. Dinner at restaurant was poor. I had 2 filets of a small fish, one cooked perfectly, one almost uncooked. Impossible to get a servers attention, even though we were one of 3 tables occupied in the huge dining room, yet I could hear them gabbing near the kitchen. Next night went out for dinner, upon return found the gate closed, no one answered the buzzer (3 times) no one answered the phone, finally we found someone to open the gate, no one had bothered to tell us how to get in when we originally checked in.
The whole place seems very sterile and not approachable.
