Very close to Hakusan metro station. On the way to the property there are many delicious restaurants at affordable price.
For the room it is quite spacious and cozy. The curtain is thick and block the light fully. And the bedding is comfortable .

A bit complicated with the instruction. It's nice that the place is a bit hidden, which is quiet, but instruction can be made more clear, perhaps with picture, or instruction like "look below". Took us like 30 minutes to find the entrance and checked in.

It was a few minutes walking distance from the Hakusan Station, which made it easy to get to the rest of Tokyo on the Mita line. There were also a few restaurants and convenience stores close by if we needed anything. The room was very comfortable and private as well.
The only thing I can think of is the noise from the street outside, but that's to be expected being right in the street and close to the city.

Location is great. The host is very nice, helpful and friendly. They even aloweded me to smoke on they private balcony :) Gave me a tea in the morning and in general treated me like family.
