Good onsen .
Excellent service.
Delicious meal.
Big and clean room.
Onsen water not hot enough.

Good facilities, clean comfortable room, good food, cozy place overall
Not much. Just a minor gripe that I needed to leave the Ryokan at 8am and the accoms shuttle was only at 10 to 11am. Staff were not too flexible about this schedule and refused to accommodate this earlier time
But I understand that perhaps there were operation or staff limitations. They did assist to call me a cab instead. So just a mild inconvenience nothing major. Thanks for doing your best to assist regardless.
