Nice Hotel. Not a standard US Holiday Inn. Service was good, food from buffet and room service was very good.
I was there for 4 nights and the Air Conditioning was disabled (which I know is sometimes practiced in China after October 1). This is a deal breaker, especially in the warmer Chongqing climate. I asked the Front Desk for a fan, but they were only able to open the window in the room. I was not able to get a good nights sleep on any of the 4 nights. For that reason alone, I will have to find other accommodations if this is not changed.
