Het bed lag comfortabel.

Bij inchecken hebben ze ons opgelicht door de prijs 3 keer zo duur te maken. Aangekomen op de kamer was het er ijskoud. We wilde douchen, maar helaas was de douche een hele kleine koude straal. Bij het uitchecken wilde we nog geld wisselen, de vrouw van de receptie gaf aan dat dit kom. Toen we hiermee bezig waren gaf ze ineens aan dat het niet meer mogelijk was. We kregen ook de indruk dat ze ons uitlachte met een collega. Al met al, geen fijne ervaring.

Nic. Nie udało nam się dotrzeć do hotelu. Hotel ostatecznie odmówił nam przyjęcia mimo, że zapowiadaliśmy wcześniej że będziemy w późnych godzinach. Nie wspomniał nic wcześniej o „zamieszkach”, nie mieliśmy szansy znalezienia nowego zakwaterowania. W nocy po przylocie, byliśmy bez silni, zmęczeni i bezradni.

Convenient stay close to Gandhi International Airport.

Close to Airport Friendly staff tried their best to accommodate and meet our needs

Bathroom and toilet together often got flooded after shower . Risk of falling on wet floor No bath mat or hand towel provided One Room had leaking hand basin and no hot water in shower

Habitación tranquila, con AC y cama grande, colchón pasable. Ubicación cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y otros hoteles.

La ducha no funcionaba bien, el agua caliente tampoco. En recepción me quisieron subir el precio de la estancia porque sí, luego quise extenderla un poco porque mi vuelo salía tarde pero me dieron un precio igual que el de la noche, además de no permitirme dejar la mochila en recepción hasta que saliera mi vuelo. Cuando vieron que me iba bajaron el precio que me propusieron y me dijeron que sí podía dejar la mochila... Cuando ya me estaba yendo. El servicio de comida a la habitación estaba pasable... Aunque una de las veces ni siquiera me entregaron lo que pedí.

I come to India once a year and always stay a day before my next flight. It has become my go to hotel to stay in Delhi. The receptionist was really good and was letting out good vibes. I don't remember his name, but his behavior and the way of talking was very nice. The bag service guy was also really nice despite the fact he couldn't talk..

Unprofessional

I didn't get to stay at the hotel. When I reached out to ask the address after a long flight and at 23:00pm they told me I would have to stay 7 nights in quarantine in the hotel. Should have been notified about this sooner. Reception did not try to help at all Super unprofessional

Fabulous Location was great Finding a large green space in Delhi in the hotel area was highlight Rooms were spacious and it was very comfortable stay having a room on poolside view Our personal manger has made our stay a long lasting memory as upon realising our children graduating as doctors she decorated our room with balloons and left cake. Cards. No family photo which was very touching and we are so thankful as can’t stop talk about the moment as chill over this. We can’t wait to come back again and again

Terrible service. They fool you with a offer and you end up paying much more.

Just the bed.

Everything else. They over charged me. Said they can accommodate earlier but demanded extra payment. Staff is rude. They said they will provide breakfast but it’s a lie. And later they said they can only give tea. The staff just watches you while you suffer in the rain trying to get your luggage to the hotel. No help.

The add says 100 m etres from airport. But 7 km. Also the hotel staff were called and told will send txi costs 700.00. coming back Uber cost 214.00. Are the hotel staff bilking the money from tourists. They could have arranged a taxi for 400 maximum

The breakfast was amazing, definitely that breakfast cover all the another things, but the could make a deep clean, at the room and bathroom. Clean, amazing location!! Excelente breakfast!! Staffs were amazing

Hotel staff is very much cooperative. Suitable for couples and family nice and clean rooms. Bathrooms are hygienic.
