Excellent choice at breakfast, service was impeccable and attentive.
The food could have come out a bit quicker at the afternoon high tea. We waited a long time and once it arrived and we ordered more it was much quicker to arrive.

had a great stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. Everything met my expectations This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If I could rate it, I would give it 1000/100! Everything was perfect, and I had an amazing experience. I would definitely come back again💕💕💕

The staff at Melia Hotel provided amazing service.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we truly felt like they took care of all of our needs.
Every single member of staff always greeted us with a smile and always did a lot to help us.
Especially Carlos made us feel so welcome and helped us to enjoy our stay, also our room attendant Pa Pa was very helpful and did a great job.
Because of the amazing staff at Melia hotel we really enjoyed our stay and our anniversary.
We loved laying by the pool, the pool area has a great atmosphere and a great view.
But i wish they had a few Parasols that could provide some shade.

I pay 110usd plus 60 usd for extra bed but the room air conditioning is not work properly I ask to repair and the staff come look not able to repair they just say it is ok and very very hot at night cannot not sleep well . The other things is go to restaurant at first floor for dinner and have a very bad experience during our time at restaurant there is only one table in the whole restaurant the food order took more than one and half hours cannot believe not even a single people eating at the restaurant don’t know why take that long very very bad experience for me complain to the staff they don’t take any action
