- die Anlage ist gepflegt
- die sehr saubere Poolanlage ist für Wasserfreunde definitiv ein großes Plus
- das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
- das Interieur ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein refit vertragen
- Um warmes Wasser zu erhalten muss 30 min vorher per Schalter ein Boiler/Heater geschaltet werden. Das war umständlich und hat eher mässig funktioniert.

The hotel was clean and tidy. My room was large with necessary facilities like fridge, microwave, laundry machine.
Water was refillable at the Lift area
The bed was very comfortable
Unfortunately I didn't take a dive in the pool...which looked so clean and pristine.
The receptionist, Htet as well, Phyo, the manager were very helpful. The receptionist assisted me in making telephone calls to my spa...as I didn't have a local Simcard, neither could I speak Burmese. The lady manager also allowed my late checkout. My appreciation to the nice room service guys from the bar. All in all, everyone was friendly and great in their service.
At the bar, I ordered a glass of wine, and it was shockingly so little. It was just about a shot. I have never had such little wine in my wine glass ever before

The staff at Mercure Yangon Kaba Aye were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite, making my stay very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, which was a definite plus. The hotel's location, while not central, is conveniently situated on a main road in Yangon, with a community mall just a 5-minute walk away, offering various dining options.
However, there are some areas that need attention. The bed was quite old and too soft for my liking, which affected sleep quality. The furniture in the room is also aged, and the air conditioner had a noticeable unpleasant smell.

Our room is next to the road and a bit noisy with cars horns.
And from upstairs , we heard that someone dragged their chairs or something like that. It is annoying to when we fall asleep.
Overall is good but rooms are not keeping noise from outside areas.
