Very good

Very clean and spacious for our family of 5. Loved being right in front of the beach. Having the supermarket downstairs was very convenient.

Very spacious and a beautiful apartment, enough room for 5, dark rooms and everything looked clean.

The apartment was very spacious with a beautiful balcony and a nice kitchen.

It was quite remote from the city center, it was quite a long walking distance.

Good place with some strange rules

Apartments was very spacious and well equipped. Free parking down the street. Nice view through the window/balcony.

1. I didn't liked the condition that host requires to leave 300Eur deposit in some strange online system outside booking.com . I think this should be handled only by booking (is it even legal by booking.com rules?), by the way it was quite hard to pay in that system - all 3 cards where rejected. Later I find out that we need to convert Euros to Kuna's and then payment went through. All the time of staying you are thinking if the host will return your deposit. Over 20 places I stayed and no one required to leave deposit in such way. Which by the way was returned only 10 days after checkout. 2. There was a lot of ants in the kitchen. 3. Checkin where late, so we had to wait outside till 5 p.m.

Excellent stay at Znjan Beach

The place was absolutely perfect, spacious and spotless. We stayed there 3 nights with the whole family and we have enjoyed it very much. Our apartment had a direct view on the beautiful beach of Znjan. We had a nice terrace with chairs, table and couch. The living room is spacious with a comfortable couch and a large TV set. The dinning room and kitchen were well equipped. The check-in was smooth although performed online and with by phone. A garage is available for your car and it is really practical. We would like to specially thank Matteo for providing help and support during our stay. We’ve enjoyed staying there and we highly recommend this place.

There’s almost no downside really but there could be an additional air conditioning unit in the main bedroom (there was only one available in the living room).

We had a great 5 night stay, would highly recommend and the communication with the rental team was the best we have ever

Huge apartment, fantastic balcony , very very clean. Large tv with British channels. Supermarket very close downstairs .

air conditioning for bedrooms was in the little hallway off the lounge so had to keep the bedroom door open. Not sure how this would have worked if there had been more than two of us

Excellend accomodation - highly recommend

Amazing location - oppposite beach and easily commutable to town centre. Great and clean accomodation in safe location with grocery shop nearby. All required facilities in place. Staff are helpful and quick to respond. Check in and out was smooth. Highlt recommend this acocmodation for anyone staying in split.

the location is great, parking was easy, and loved the convenience of a grocery store being down stairs. the patio was also a huge hit for our family.

location was a bit far away from old town split and there are no bars or restaurants apart from a couple of beach bars which close at 7pm

Exceptional

Our stay was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Had everything we needed for a girls trip. We were a party of 5 and we had enough space. The view on the balcony was amazing. Grocery store Tommy + ATM machine was downstairs, couple minutes walk. We Uber to the split city center everyday (cheap) and took only 7-8 minutes. Rooms were comfortable. Everything was very clean. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Our coffee machine stopped working the next day and we got it replaced immediately the next day by Mia (property manager) and she was very friendly. The in apartment Sauna was a Great touch and we loved it!!!!! The only thing was the washing machine was rather small and had no time on it so we didn’t know when our towels would be done by. And no detergent (bring some or buy some) and would be nice to have more tea towels to clean the kitchen with. We weren’t able to take long showers because it ran out of hot water. There were two sofa beds and they weren’t the most comfortable since one side was not evened out. We kept in contact via WhatsApp and they also checked on us, which showed they cared. Nice touch. Thank you for the nice time in split.

Amazing stay with beach view and jacuzzi

The jacuzzi is amazing on the patio. The room is quite nice. The apartment was fully equipped with a full kitchen for cooking. The apartment is quite big so 2 persons can easily stay there.

Furniture is a bit worn out but okay. Location is far from Split city center so you need a taxi each time you wanna go. The beach nearby is stone not sand.

Wonderful place

Convenience to the beach, shops, city etc. View from the balcony is amazing. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Hosts are very responsive and professional.

2-star mockery

excellent location, close to the beach, with tommy store on the ground floor for usual shopping, special terrace, sea with roomy jacuzzi and dining area, panorama from the dream terrace

the apartment is old and worn, bathroom model 80s, sofa broken and destroyed, the bed in the bedroom the same, unfurnished, barely 2 stars, I paid 4 stars to stay at 2, full public parking all the time, possibility to park on beach, bad road full of potholes, non-functional appliances with labels on them..at 4 stars, a mockery of the customer, to which the staff responded that they know about the problem and they are sorry, totally disappointed away from the pictures displayed on booking, I specify that it is the apartment with jacuzzi on the ground floor terrace

Very good

Clean apartment with a equipped kitchen. The crib for my son also was fine. Good views from the balcony.

They ask for a very high deposit it doesn't matter if you spend one night or one week. I discovered it after my booking so I could not cancelled it. It was my fault as I didn't read carefully bu I always avoid this kind of deposit especially if they don't give back the amount imediatelly but is all related with banks. The bathroom has humidity on the walls
