Loved the location and the interior especially the beautiful old sandstone.
The flights of stairs but they are expected in any old historic town.

It was a great location - once we found it 🤭 nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city.
Lots of little issues unfortunatly. The shower head kept slipping down which was annoying, there was no coffee for the coffee machine etc. Could be modernised as the fuse went (fuse box forunately in the room) and the boiler was very small so two showers was touch and go! Despite requesting an in-person check-in, this was not provided. This was also problematic when we wanted left luggage after we checked-out (as previosuly requested) as our bags were lefted behind an unattended desk. It was fine, but it wasn't ideal.
