Unbeatable location. Rooms comfortable and sound proofing very effective given our room overlooked the lively main square. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. They helped us take luggage out of the pedestrian only area of the old city. Their recommendations for nearby restaurants spot on.
Breakfast didn't start until 7.30 and, although the property offered breakfast box for those leaving for early tours, an earlier sit-down breakfast start would have been preferable.

The location is right in the Square. It is a Boutique hotel with clean, fresh and comfortable rooms. The reception team including Margarita made you feel like you were part of the family. Nothing was ever any trouble. Margarita gave us lots of tips and tricks. She is the heart and soul of the hotel. I would love her working for me.
We got the transfer from the airport with the driver Leon. He was a wealth of knowledge about Split and so friendly. It was a very comfortable transfer. Happy to recommend staying here to all our friends.

Easy to get to in old city. A clean boutique hotel close to restaurants and historic areas and also the port! Perfect!

We had a wonderful friendly welcome, with all of the information we needed for a few days in Split (including what to watch out for such as ATM charges.) We were able to easily take the lift to our room on the second floor & the room was fabulous. The air conditioning kept us cool and the windows blocked out all of the noise from the street below. It was in the perfect place to explore Old Town and next to lots of excellent bars and restaurants.
Our only complaints which took the hotel from a 10 to a 9.9 was that the shower flooded the bathroom, which was easily cleaned up with towels, but that meant we had less towels between us.
The bed was very squeaky on one side, which did disturb our sleep.
