Friendly service from Bruno. We adored the beautiful stonework in the room and Bruno explained the care and time he took in exposing the stone… because in the olden days they would cover up the stonework with plaster as stonework represented being poor. How times have changed! The bathroom had a great shower and added features such as a towel warmer. Bed was very comfy! The thing we really liked were the window with the large ledges. We would sit in the window and watch the crowds below in People’s Square and take in the chatter of the crowds. Once you shut the windows, they completely shut out the noise from the square below. Wonderful.

Fabulous hotel!! The room was spacious, bright and super quiet despite being right on the beautiful square!!Bruno was super helpful — thank you! It’s a stone throw from the Palace — could not recommend more highly!!

The room was great! Everything about it was great, the location couldn’t be better, the view was excellent. And it’s central to everything. Restaurants, the palace, the Port, transportation and nightlife. Bruno was very helpful in recommending some excellent restaurants and answered any questions we had about the area as far as recommending beaches where to pick up Ubers etc.
