Lovely super unique property built right into the walls of the old castle in the old city section of Split One of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed at anywhere in the world.

Fantastic stay. Location was amazing - just steps to the West gate of the Palace. Staff was friendly and accommodating - Ana, Andy, Chris were terrific. The bar downstairs was popular and had great energy. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Highly recommend this hotel. It's spotlessly clean, and the staff genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay great. The rooms are lovely and fit well with the local character of the area. There's a cute courtyard bar that's perfect for relaxing, and breakfast is a real highlight — delicious every morning. Would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting.
If the courtyard is busy it can impact how easily you can get to the stairs
