The location is great, very central.
Room was big, giving a lot of space.
Bed was very soft but still very comfortable and very pelasant / good quality bed sheets.
The staff was overall not very friendly. More specifically the woman handling our check-in was not friendly at all, and this level of service does not fit with a 4-star hotel. When we checked-out, it was another woman who was more professional.
Our room had not a single "standard" vertical window, only ceiling (under the roof) narrow windows. Not a single photo on the website was showing this setup.
They seem to have a very dynamic pricing. Just a few days after our booking, we could see that the even better room was now significantly cheaper than what we paid. They confirmed to us that they change prices all the time. So it would have been better for us to observe prices for a few days and wait for these big discounts.

Fantastic location! Our son had a deluxe room facing the People’s Square and views of the old palace walls, with the mountains in the background. What a wonderful view. The friendly staff are always on hand if any help is needed.
