We left too early for breakfast but they made us takeout sandwiches. Staff lovely. Room super quiet. Comfy beds. Ideal location for taxi pickup in the morning.
Slightly too expensive but you pay to be on the waterfront.

The location is so convenient, the air conditioning in the room was strong, the shower was hot and had 2 powerful heads, and the bed was comfortable.
I had a heavy rolling suitcase, and I was able to walk to and from the Split bus station to the hotel without going over cobblestones, and then take my suitcase up the hotel elevator :)
I was impressed by how quiet it was even though I got an ocean/street room. The window was right above the outdoor restaurant and music playing, but with the AC going the only sounds I really heard were from children playing.
The restaurant (inside and outside patio) is nice and the food is tasty. Good atmosphere and harbor view from the patio.
Overall: There are no extra special touches inside the rooms, but almost everything that you need in a hotel they execute REALLY well and better than some luxury hotels. I was so impressed and relieved to get a good night’s sleep on my first day in Croatia.
The room was a little dirty when I came in, but the staff quickly fixed it when I asked them. I think that no rooms in Croatia are quite as consistently clean as hotels in the US, so I don’t think this is a reason to avoid this hotel. Just check the room right when you enter it. I was still overall very satisfied with this hotel.

Excellent breakfast, great location . Staff were helpful but reception was unmanned for large parts of the day. Room OK but small. Nice bathroom and shower.
Electrics in the room dreadful. Air con was set far too warm on a really hot day and they ask you not to adjust it. We had a difficult nights sleep - just too hot.
No easily accessible plug sockets for charging phones etc.
TV didn't work at all until a member of staff came to help and even then it was a very old system with limited choice.
