Incredible location overlooking the Riva. Spacious apartment, comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Everything you need for a special stay in Split. Really helpful video provided to find the exact location of the guest house.

Guest House Imperial was perfect for our stay in Split. The location and view were wonderful. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had lots of thoughtful amenities. Nathalie was fabulousi in communication, and Sending a video of walking through the palace to get to the apartment. We had some issues after a major thunderstorm, abd she was there to help immediately. She was personable and professional, and made great recommendations for restaurants and beaches.

The place is located right in the heart of the town but away from the crowds or noise. The apartment faces the promenade and I had the most beautiful view every morning from our window. The host was attentive and gave us recommendations on what to do and where to eat.

The location is ideal to be within the palace walls and in the center of the action. Despite all that the sound from the populated areas below it wasn’t loud inside. The room is spacious, clean, and well taken care of. The host was also very responsive.
The AC didn’t work properly and it was difficult to sleep at night. Also, the bed was really stiff. A minor comment would be to add a toilet paper holder.
