Fantastic location, staff very helpful, cafe and restaurant on site excellent, breakfast fairly good, staff there excellent. Room very clean and comfortable, we had a balcony too which was great

The location of this hotel is central and convenient for seeing the main sights, particularly Diocletian’s Palace. It is steps from many restaurants. Breakfast was good and complete. Staff were helpful. The hotel has a trim and clean look.
A plus is the historical significance of where the hotel is located in the palace; it was in the ancient baths.
I’d say the price point is high for what you get in terms of the room and amenities. But that is tempered by the breakfast which was included in our stay, although I can’t remember if we paid extra for it. The room is pretty small for what we paid.
One note which is not a complaint about the hotel: you must walk into the old town which means you roll or carry your luggage over the old stone pavers. It is not far; it was not a problem for us but we had small roller luggage. Getting up the steps with heavy baggage could present a challenge for some.
Staff seemed helpful.
