The location was amazing right in the middle of the old town. The restaurant you go to for breakfast (Bokeria, right downstairs) is the real reason to stay in one of these rooms. It was great for breakfast and impeccable for dinner (maybe the best dinner I had in Split, even compared to Krug). The host is also INCREDIBLY responsive with resolving any kind of issue with the room and even helping us secure reservations at restaurants.
There was no usable Wi-Fi in the room, only in the lobby. This made the TV in the room worthless as it was dependent upon a Wi-Fi connection for any kind of content. The noise from Bokeria was also quite loud regardless of the day of the week and this would last well past midnight. This is what you get for staying above such a great, successful restaurant, I was thankful for my earplugs, however.

Good location. Nice room. Good restaurant below with 10% discount for residents.
I thought it was a hotel but it was really just an apartment. I wish that had been made clearer.

Beautiful room, lovely views, amazing location. Staff in resturant very friendly.
The noise I found really difficult. Wouldn’t have booked if I had known. I go to bed quite early, around 11am, and was basically waiting for 2 hours until the music, people quietened and could sleep, and then felt not good the next day. I’m not sure there’s much you can do about it. Got woken up at 4am by a drunk couple having a row. Didn’t have the wifi code until the next day when I asked the resturant.
