Excellent accommodarion would recommend .

Location was amazing. Rooms was spotless fresh towel change everyday . View was exceptional. Tea and coffee facilties. We did have to buy milk and sugar but not a problem really. Small fridge in room which was ideal. Breakfast at barassie 07 was lovely.

Two nights the loud music from bar/ club downstairs . But tolerable .

Exceptional

Incredible stay and lovely room. They even picked me up from the airport after I missed my flight and flew into another city. Allowed me to even keep my luggage in the B&B while I went to Pag and Hvar.

A few hiccups but overall good stay because of the great location offering an amazing view from the room!!

The location and view was amazing!!

There were no signs outside the property to identify it so it was difficult to find even with gps. The importance of reviewing and completing steps before checking in should be stressed to make the check in process easier. We checked in really late and had to rush to dinner. The room did not have any towels and the water turned ice cold while showering at night.

The location was perfect, the apartment was much better than we expected, in fact it was perfect and the view from the window added to the wow factor.. Could not have been better

A new lift has been installed but had not yet got the go ahead to commence, so we had to haul our luggage up to 3rd floor. A small inconvenience

One of the best

Location. Views. Host. Breakfast. Value. Facilities. Ante our host was most accommodating, he couldn't do enough to make our stay more enjoyable. We arrived very early, before 9am, where he facilitated in taking our luggage and storing it until check in. Coincidentally check in is 2pm but again he made it happen for us to be in our room by 12.30. And as an added bonus Ante gifted us with free breakfast that morning ( breakfast is off site 20mtrs from the entrance at Restaurant no7 directly on Riva.) A very good breakfast with plenty of options, guaranteed to set a person up for the day. Unfortunately we were only staying one night. Our flight home was at 12 midnight the following night but yet again Ante facilitated a late checkout and stored our luggage for the entire day until our departure to the airport. Thank you Ante. Accommodation wise , the apartment is directly on Riva but on the 3rd floor so the climbing of a few steps are required ( a note to anyone with mobility issues) Room was fully equipped with everything you may need, comfortable large bathroom and shower, bathrobes, luxury bathroom products, a small fridge to keep some food or beers cold, nice coffee machine, kettle for tea, great selection of both, even a bottle opener. The views from the balcony window are the best in the city, indeed you could open up the shutters, sit and relax, crack open a beer and watch the world go by all day. Room has programmable air-conditioning too. Everything just perfect.

There was nothing we didn't like. If I were to be picky it would be that it is a little noisy at night from clubs and pubs on Riva, but no fault of the accommodation.

I would stay here again

the location is perfect, right on the promenade. The room was lovely.

This was not a problem for me, but there are a lot of steps. They are beautiful steps!

Gorgeous and perfectly located

Perfect location and gorgeous room. The breakfast nearby was stunning 😍 Ante was super helpful and arranged airport transfers that picked you up directly from the room.

No bin in the bedroom Lots of stairs so not great if you have mobility issues but was absolutely fine for us :)

Fantastic! We loved it❤️

fabulous room, location couldn’t be better. Ante, the owner , really quick to reply to anything we asked. couldn’t improve on this place, it made our holiday in Split with the view of the Riva. Breakfast vouchers for the restaurant on the Riva, just outside, make it superb value for money! Would recommend and stay again without any hesitation

Gorgeous room with a view!

Location! Gorgeous views from the window of Riva. The bed was comfy. The room has everything you need, shampoo/cond, lotion, teas, coffee. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to requests and would ask if I need anything. Will book again when I’m back in Split. To those looking at this property and didn’t read the description, the room is located at the third floor, no elevators. I had a big luggage so I struggled a bit with it.

Amazing location, view and guest - exceeded our expectations

It was an amazing stay. The location is the mike jordan of locations. You have a straight and clear view to the see and you are still next to the old town-city center. We could spend hours watching the ships coming and leaving, adoring the sunsets or just watching the horizon. The room itself is cosy, very clean and modern. With screen smart tv with possibility to continue watching all ur series on netflix and co you don't wanna miss... Even during holiday. Finally our host was very professional. He replied instantly any time we had a question. Of which there were hardly any since every thing was so well organized.

I guess the only con would be the noise at night - there are a lot of terraces, bars and restaurants underneath. But the windows do a really good job stopping the sound. So bringing your ear plugs is definitely a good idea

Clean, great location, fab choice for a stay

Very close to Diocletians palace and the harbour, excellent breakfast offered at a nearby cafe. Clean comfy room and excellent communication with the owner.

The late night noise from the bars downstairs was a little unexpected, not the owner's fault of course, but could have been made clear in advance.

Excellent location and very helpful hosts. The directions to the property and how to collect your key and enter the room as really clear and easy to follow. Definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing stay in the heart of Split Oldtown

The B&B was located in the heart of Oldtown in Split, and we were within walking distance of dozens of bars and restaurants. We were also a 10 minute walk from the ferry and the beach. Our host was very attentive, and he was able to help us with any issue or request we had. I would highly recommend to anyone that is traveling to Split.

Very good

Stay was very good, the host made sure to gibe us some information prior to arriving which was really helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was amazing, very convenient, it was very close to many restaurants and the harbour. Closest beach was a 15 minute walk away (Bacvice). Breakfast vouchers were a good touch as the restaurant was amazing (Brasserie on 7) and the food was excellent. Overall the stay was good, with no complaints

Unfortunately, the loud live music on the promenade/night club below kept me awake until the early hours of the morning. Even with ear plugs. .I would go elsewhere next time.

Very central, luxurious apartment

Excellent location. Our front door opened on to the Rivera Street with lots of resturant and right across from the harbour. While behind was all the exciting back streets filled with restaurants and bars too. There was a fine big King sized bed, wardrobe, etc The bathroom was very spacious and well equipped.

Not for the unfit - there are a lot of steps to climb to the 3rd floor. The base area at the staircase could do with a bit of TLC- seems like wasted space.

the position of the property was amazing. the big problem was the loud music being played by all the restaurants being played on Riva until two in the morning

Exceptional

This is the perfect location in Split. Right on the Riva, view of the sea. The room is clean and nice but it is also well designed, with good quality materials and an eye for the comfort of the clients. Very good experience overall. Checking was without personal contact, very helpful on Whatsapp.

Room is a bit on the small side. There is a coffee and tea facility in the room but it is rather poorly stocked, lacking basic things like sugar.
